A dry and vibrant style of sparkling Chenin Blanc produced from the Charmat method. The wine exhibits Granny Smith apple, kiwi fruit and green pear flavours. The wine has a cleansing mousse with fresh fruit flavours and a persistent finish.
Intense fruit driven Chardonnay, with grapes sourced from the Margaret River region of Western Australia. This wine spent 6 months in seasoned French oak. Concentrated palate of stone fruit and toasted almonds, with good length on the palate.
